1965 Ghia

Kiel Lippel shared his 1965 Ghia that is using a SCAT VW dual solex carburetor kit, low profile air cleaners, a C35 camshaft and a crank pulley.

This VW was sitting around for about eight years and came to Kiel with a locked up motor, clogged fuel line, worn-out transmission and front end, no brakes and dry rotted tires. Kiel rebuilt the transmission with welded third and fourth gears, added new brakes and tires, and rebuilt the front end. This all-new 1914cc is now complete!
